Are you passionate about writing, media, and public engagement? The Communications Department at HoAB is offering editorial internships for motivated individuals looking to build or transition into a career in communications.
This internship is open to:
College-level students pursuing journalism, English, horticulture, or related fields
Adults with relevant experience seeking a career change or further training
Interns will gain hands-on experience in:
Writing and researching articles for The Bhutan Gardener magazine
Proofreading and fact-checking content
Coordinating submissions from authors and photographers
Supporting photography, social media, and website content
Participating in workshops and field visits to local gardens
This is an excellent opportunity to explore horticultural communication in a real-world, national-level publishing environment.

Eligibility:
Open to anyone interested in horticulture
Preference given to those currently enrolled in or who have completed a degree in horticulture or a related field
Interns will support practical horticulture initiatives and community-based programs, gaining exposure to fieldwork, training, and collaboration with horticulture professionals across Bhutan.
Work on hands-on projects in your chosen field.
Contribute to national horticulture initiatives.
